Gold Exchange Policy

Our Gold exchange policy does not apply to

• Nose Jewellery; or
• Resized Items; or
• Engraved Items; or
• Made to order/Custom Items ; or
• Diamond jewellery

If you change your mind about a purchase, we will happily exchange you the item, provided;

• It is the first time being exchanged; and
• You return the item within 7 days of purchase; and
• The item is in As New Condition

Silver Exchange Policy

All Gold Exchange policies apply to Silver Jewellery, as well as the following -

• Silver can only be exchanged for Silver

The Decision of an item matching the definition of 'As New Condition' is at the sole discretion of House of Gold and Diamond
